Don’t worry if you don’t have experience; the work here isn’t just about knowledge or qualifications. It’s about heart, character, and personality. All we ask is that you be an excellent team player, friendly and engaging with a positive attitude.

And here’s the big perk we offer: accommodation. Don’t like paying expensive rent? Don’t like paying extortionate utility bills? Don’t like the daily trudge into and from work, often late at night? If the answer to any of these is yes, then you’re in the right place. At Samuel Smith’s London pubs we provide team members with their own bedroom above the pub, at a very reasonable rate. If you excel in the role you can progress to becoming a Manager and then you get your own flat above the pub, with no rent or utility bills to pay.
